A Treat for All: Pumpkin Cupcakes
We have a sweet treat for you all, to share with all your friends and family. What better way to celebrate the season than
Pumpkin Cupcakes!
GATHER:
2 cups — sugar 2 tsp. — cinnamon
1/2 tsp. — salt 4 eggs
2 tsp. — baking soda 1 cup — salad oil
2 cups — flour 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
MAKE:
- Mix dry ingredients 
- Add wet ingredients 
- Pour in cupcake papers in cupcake pan 
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees 
- When toothpick comes out clean, let cool 
TOPPING:
4 oz. — cream cheese 1/2 stick butter
1/2 box confectioners sugar 1 tsp. — vanilla
MAKE:
- Mix and beat well 
- Use topping bag (or sandwich bad with tip cut off) to top cupcake
