Due to the nature of our products—including magazines, devotionals, digital downloads, and other curated content—all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product before placing your order, we encourage you to contact our team—we're happy to help!


All digital product sales (including eBooks, devotionals, and downloadable content) are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital products, please reach out to us at support@sheleadsdaily.com, and we’ll be glad to assist you.

Magazine subscriptions are non-refundable. If you need to update your address or have questions about your subscription, please contact us before your next issue ships.


SUPPORT

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sheleadsdaily.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item and packaging (if damaged)

Once we receive your request, we’ll work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
