Natalia Crawford,  Founder and Editor-in-Chief

Hi ladies! My name is Natalia but some people like to call me Nat. I was born in Los Angeles, CA and I currently reside in Orange County, CA. I graduated from Cottonwood Leadership College with a degree in Biblical Studies and Leadership. I met my husband at Bible college through God’s diving plan and we are happily married. When I’m not editing articles and planning content I enjoy cooking, bargain shopping, and sipping on lattes. I am passionate about helping women know and pursue the fullness of who God has called them to be. I know that life with God is a beautiful adventure and I love seeing other women go on that adventure too! I dreamed of being the editor-in-chief of a magazine since I was a little girl, and have seen first-hand that God really does delight in fulfilling the desires of your heart! I am so blessed to have been chosen by God for this position and for the opportunity to serve such an amazing community of women. I look forward to getting to know you!

Kelsey Medeiros,  Lead Photographer and Videographerkelseychristine.com

Hello friends! My name is Kelsey and I’m so excited to be one of the newest additions to the She Leads Daily team! I was born and raised in Orange County and I graduated from CSUF with my BFA in Creative Photography. I married the most amazing man in November and I could not be happier about building our life together, bound by Christ and His steadfast love! It took many years of God using our circumstances to refine and prepare us, both emotionally and spiritually, for marriage. As much as we wanted to hurry the process, God constantly reminded us that it was out of our hands. Once we relinquished control unto Him, everything fell into place! Funny how that works, huh? God placed a desire on my heart to create at a very young age. I have recently built my own photography business, shooting everything from weddings to fashion, and lifestyle to video. But nothing is more fulfilling for me than using my God-given gifts for His Kingdom! So being able to do that on a regular basis for She Leads Daily has been a beautiful blessing. Besides photography, I enjoy DIY projects, binge watching shows on Netflix, thrift shopping, and taking walks with my fiancé, Jared, and our puppy, Olive. I’m very excited to be a part of such an amazing group of women who inspire me, as well as countless others, on a daily basis.

Lisa Christine Hey everyone! My name is Lisa Christine and I was born and raised in a small country town in Ohio. Ever since I was a little girl I had big dreams to become an artist and writer and I have always wanted to explore the world! A lot of my childhood was spent very ill, so I missed most of my teen years, but through the difficulties I formed a great bond with my parents and they became my best friends. They encouraged the “artist” side of me and I went to school and graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts and a Minor in English Studies. I have an older sister who graduated from Nursing School, so it is very easy to say my parents were raising ying and yang! As I went through my years in college I discovered exactly what I wanted to do with my life and it was not sit at a desk every day for 8 hours. I realized about two years in that I loved being immersed in art in every way possible and being able to create that art for people to see led me to the movie biz, as most put it. I learned to create, paint, draw, write, and everything that I would need to go off into the world and live my dreams. Unfortunately, shortly after graduation everything came to a halt because it is hard to find a good job at a young age, and it is really hard to find a job period in the film industry, especially in Ohio! I worked at many restaurants and clothing stores until I could find the job, the job of all jobs! For a year and a half after graduation I was in contact with some people in the film and television industry and finally after almost two years I had a breakthrough and the Lord took me to Atlanta, Georgia! He opened up a position on a movie as an Art Assistant and found me a place to live, a car, everything! One of the hardest parts of it all was leaving my family whom over the years have been my entire world, but I knew that the Lord had a plan, so I followed. I have now been living in Atlanta for almost two years working in the Film Industry and having the time of my life! This job is not an easy one and it consists of long hours and little time off. It can sometimes be draining and overwhelming especially when one project ends and you are not sure if another will begin. Even through the stress and worry it is by far the most exciting thing I could have ever imagined doing and I love every minute of it.  I am a single girl in a big city and I would be lying if I said living here, alone, was not the most difficult thing I have ever done, even more so than working, but I know that the Lord is with me every step, even when I feel lonely. He has led me to a fantastic church and I have made many friends through events and gatherings and honestly, I have to say, the best part of it all is that in an industry that frowns upon any sort of religion I can be a shining beacon to those around me and show them that fame and money is not everything, but Jesus is.  I work a lot, so I don’t have much spare time, but when I do I love going to festivals, because Atlanta has them every weekend! I love hanging out with friends, drinking tea, writing, and most importantly, I love reading! I could sit for days and days on the couch reading dozens of books and fel right at home!   So there it is! A little bit about me and how I came to be where I am! Life is an exciting and sometimes exhausting adventure, but it is all worth it if we remember to keep our eyes on the Lord!

Dominique Johnson DominiqueLJohnson.com Hey Beautiful People! You know that Robert Frost poem, about two roads diverging in a wood and taking the road less traveled? Well, instead of taking the road less traveled, I took the road I didn't plan on traveling--but perhaps that's the same thing? Haha. My name is Dominique Johnson and in my young life and budding career, I have been blessed to live out my heart's desire to travel the world all the while keeping myself rooted in my hometown of Long Beach, California. In both my educational and professional career I have continued to pursue journalism and I am amazed at the incredible stories I've heard and the interesting people I've met along the way. But if you strip away the career and education, what you'll find in me is the heart of an explorer, and a passion to know the hearts and minds of people, all mixed-in with conversational references that intertwine 90's hip-hop, classic American film, and random interjections of breaking out into show tunes. What can I say, life is just more fun that way! Still, even with all that I've achieved--graduating with a Master's degree in my early 20s and then landing a dream job shortly after--with this success has come invaluable life lessons regarding, identity and self-worth, and even now, I am learning the lesson of trusting God with my future as I navigate a season of my life that some would call "a valley" or "wilderness". It is my hope that in sharing with you a bit about my season of life, it will encourage, strengthen, and refresh others who are in a similar place in their own journey. My heart is to support the vision of SLD and stir honest conversation about our lives as women and the world we live in by challenging both your thinking and my own. I'm thrilled to join this incredible team and it is a privilege and honor to serve you all in this way. I look forward to getting to know you!

Taylor Carr, Writer Hi beautiful ladies! My name is Taylor and I currently live in Southern California, where I am a full time college student, and a part time barista. I am majoring in English, to become a high school English teacher. One of my favorite things to do is to get coffee with friends and chat about life. In my free time, I love to take hikes, write, and of course, shop. I love to adventure and take pictures wherever I go, so much so that my camera roll is out of control. Traveling is a must, and something I do fairly often. God has blessed me with amazing family and friends to do these fun things with. Anyway, I am so excited to be apart of this super awesome team. My heart is to share with you the truth about beauty in Christ. With a world around us so focused on outward beauty, sometimes we forget there are many other components. As Christ followers our beauty comes from our Creator, our King. I want to share with you what being beautiful truly means, in God’s eyes. We are so cherished, and valuable and I hope to bring these truths to life. My relationship with Jesus is the greatest part of my life, and He has my heart forever.

Bethany Boynton//Writer bethanyboynton.com Hey, Friends! I'm Bethany and I am so excited to connect with you! I am a twenty-three-year-old born and raised Kentucky girl. I am newly married to my husband and best friend, Tyler, and loving every second of this new season of life. We have a hyper but sweet long-haired Chihuahua named Han Solo, but his friends call him Hans. I enjoy travel and new adventures, big or small, and there is nothing I love more than sitting down with a strong cup of coffee and a good book or a girlfriend. I have always loved to write and first began blogging three years ago. I love being able to share my story and the Love and grace of God while encouraging others to do the same. I strongly believe in the importance of vulnerability and authenticity. Through the sharing of your story, you can simultaneously find and give healing and comfort. Sometimes the greatest gift that you can give is whispering Me too into someone's aching soul.

Kathie Harris//Writer kathiebharris.com Hi, I’m Kathie! Born and raised an Army brat, I traveled the country and the world, but call the Southeast corner of the United States my home. I snagged my future husband in high school and we recently celebrated 18 years of marriage. God gave me a clear calling in college to pursue my dream of writing. I earned my Ad/PR degree from the University of Central Florida and worked as a print journalist for several years. After struggling with infertility, God finally ended our wait and gave us a son in 2006. A few years later I fulfilled my adoption dream when we brought our daughter home, and then quickly got surprised by two more blessings (boy, then girl) to round out the family. Our journey to parenthood sealed my understanding of God’s love for me, as well as how powerful faith can be when you live it out. My favorite word to describe God is FAITHFUL, because He has been ever-faithful to me as I stumble along in this crazy life. After a decade at home raising my babies and supporting my husband’s military career, I’m thrilled to be writing again. I share my passions for adoption and racial reconciliation on my website, kathiebharris.com, where I ask women to share God’s grace in order to foster change in the world.

I am a mother to three teen boys and one toddler Princess, who has to fight for her feet to touch the ground. My creative passions are painting, writing, and interior design, and I am usually working on multiple projects at a time. My artistic goal is to help those walking in the dark to see the Light, and I hope for my paintings and words reach at least one person for Christ. I love to study scriptures, and I am a constant seeker of the eternal. I know God has armed me with the task and ability to help women seek and abide in Him. I am a member of the Winter Garden Art Association, and have reached legendary status as the oldest MOP in my MOPs group at First Baptist Windermere. My days are very full, but I look forward to my nights when I spend time catching up with my heartthrob husband of nineteen years, Jay.  I pray God uses the articles in She Leads Daily to strengthen you and your faith in Him.
